Shipping & Returns

We currently ship orders within Canada. All orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

We use Canada Post for all deliveries. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. If tracking is available for your package, the tracking number will be included in this email.

All book sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your book arrives damaged, please email us at info@canadianauthors.ca. Include your order number and a photo of the damage. If eligible, we’ll send you a replacement copy at no additional cost.
